Most Matterform products are 3D printed using PLA, a plant-based, biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like cornstarch. PLA is durable for everyday use while being significantly better for the environment than traditional plastics. Parts requiring extra strength or heat tolerance are manufactured using PETG.
Very durable! Our products are designed and printed to handle everyday use. PLA is rigid and strong, and we have strict standards for how we design our parts to ensure they are just as strong as products made through other manufacturing methods.
We don't recommend putting PLA products in the dishwasher, as high heat can cause warping. For cleaning, simply wipe with a damp cloth or wash by hand with cool water.
All orders ship from our facility in the United States. We manufacture and ship everything domestically, but also offer international shipping to most destinations across the world.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days via USPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
We do offer international shipping to most countries. This can be chosen during checkout.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll help arrange a return or exchange. Products must be in their original condition.
